Ingredients
- - 0.5 pound ground pork
- - 1 clove garlic, minced
- - 1 teaspoon fish sauce
- - 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- - 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- - 1 teaspoon lime juice
- - 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- - 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- - 1/4 cup chopped mint
- - 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- - 8 large lettuce leaves (butter or romaine)
- - 1 small chili, sliced (optional)
Instructions
- 1.Heat sesame oil in a pan. Cook garlic for 30 seconds.
- 2.Add pork and cook until no longer pink, about 5 minutes.
- 3.Stir in fish sauce, soy sauce, sugar, and lime juice. Cook 2 more minutes.
- 4.Assemble wraps by filling lettuce leaves with pork, carrots, and herbs.
- 5.Top with chili if desired and serve immediately.
