Ingredients

  • - 0.5 pound ground pork
  • - 1 clove garlic, minced
  • - 1 teaspoon fish sauce
  • - 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • - 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • - 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • - 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • - 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • - 1/4 cup chopped mint
  • - 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • - 8 large lettuce leaves (butter or romaine)
  • - 1 small chili, sliced (optional)

Instructions

    Heat sesame oil in a pan. Cook garlic for 30 seconds.

    Add pork and cook until no longer pink, about 5 minutes.

    Stir in fish sauce, soy sauce, sugar, and lime juice. Cook 2 more minutes.

    Assemble wraps by filling lettuce leaves with pork, carrots, and herbs.

    Top with chili if desired and serve immediately.
