Ingredients
- - 0.5 pound beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- - 1 stalk lemongrass, minced (white part only)
- - 2 cloves garlic, minced
- - 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- - 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- - 1 teaspoon lime juice
- - 1 teaspoon oil
- - 1 cup cooked jasmine rice
- - Fresh herbs (cilantro or mint) for garnish
Instructions
- 1.Marinate beef with lemongrass, garlic, fish sauce, soy sauce, and lime juice for 10 minutes.
- 2.Heat oil in a pan, cook beef over medium-high heat for 5-7 minutes until browned.
- 3.Serve over rice and garnish with fresh herbs.
