Ingredients

  • - 1 stalk lemongrass, minced (white part only)
  • - 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • - 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • - 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • - 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • - 1 teaspoon oil
  • - 1 cup cooked jasmine rice
  • - Fresh herbs (cilantro or mint) for garnish

Instructions
