Ingredients

  • - 0.5 pound white fish fillet, chopped or ground
  • - 1 egg white
  • - 1 tablespoon red curry paste
  • - 1 teaspoon fish sauce
  • - 1 tablespoon chopped long beans
  • - 1 teaspoon lime zest
  • - 1 teaspoon oil for pan-frying

Instructions

    Mix all ingredients except oil into a smooth paste.

    Form into small patties (about 4 total).

    Pan-fry in minimal oil for 2–3 minutes each side until golden and cooked through.
