Ingredients
- - 0.5 pound white fish fillet, chopped or ground
- - 1 egg white
- - 1 tablespoon red curry paste
- - 1 teaspoon fish sauce
- - 1 tablespoon chopped long beans
- - 1 teaspoon lime zest
- - 1 teaspoon oil for pan-frying
Instructions
- 1.Mix all ingredients except oil into a smooth paste.
- 2.Form into small patties (about 4 total).
- 3.Pan-fry in minimal oil for 2–3 minutes each side until golden and cooked through.
- 4.Serve with cucumber salad or dipping sauce.
