Ingredients
- - 0.5 pound beef sirloin or flank steak
- - 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- - 1 tablespoon lime juice
- - 1 teaspoon chili flakes
- - 1 teaspoon sugar
- - 1 clove garlic, minced
- - 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- - 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- - 1/2 cup cucumber, sliced
- - 1/4 cup chopped mint and cilantro
Instructions
- 1.Grill or sear beef for 3–4 minutes per side. Let rest, then slice thinly.
- 2.Whisk together fish sauce, lime juice, garlic, sugar, and chili flakes.
- 3.Toss beef with dressing, onion, tomatoes, cucumber, and herbs.
- 4.Serve immediately as a salad or with lettuce cups.
