Ingredients

  • - 0.5 pound beef sirloin or flank steak
  • - 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • - 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • - 1 teaspoon chili flakes
  • - 1 teaspoon sugar
  • - 1 clove garlic, minced
  • - 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • - 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • - 1/2 cup cucumber, sliced
  • - 1/4 cup chopped mint and cilantro

Instructions

    Grill or sear beef for 3–4 minutes per side. Let rest, then slice thinly.

    Whisk together fish sauce, lime juice, garlic, sugar, and chili flakes.
