Ingredients

  • - 4 cloves Garlic
  • - 2 Thai Chilis
  • - ½ tablespoon Avocado oil
  • - 350g of Chicken breast (chopped)
  • - 2 teaspoons Fish sauce
  • - 2 teaspoons Soy sauce
  • - 1 teaspoon Oyster sauce
  • - 1 teaspoon Brown sugar
  • - 1 cup Thai Basil (loosely packed)
  • - 2 Eggs (optional, for topping)

Instructions

    Mince the garlic and Thai chilis together using a knife or mortar and pestle.

    Heat avocado oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the garlic and chili mixture and sauté until fragrant.

    Add chopped chicken breast to the pan and cook until no longer pink.
  4. 4.
    Stir in the fish sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and brown sugar. Cook for another 2–3 minutes until the sauce is well absorbed.

    Add Thai basil and stir-fry until wilted, about 30 seconds to 1 minute.

    Serve hot over rice. Optionally, top with a fried egg.
