Ingredients
- - 4 cloves Garlic
- - 2 Thai Chilis
- - ½ tablespoon Avocado oil
- - 350g of Chicken breast (chopped)
- - 2 teaspoons Fish sauce
- - 2 teaspoons Soy sauce
- - 1 teaspoon Oyster sauce
- - 1 teaspoon Brown sugar
- - 1 cup Thai Basil (loosely packed)
- - 2 Eggs (optional, for topping)
Instructions
- 1.Mince the garlic and Thai chilis together using a knife or mortar and pestle.
- 2.Heat avocado oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the garlic and chili mixture and sauté until fragrant.
- 3.Add chopped chicken breast to the pan and cook until no longer pink.
- 4.Stir in the fish sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and brown sugar. Cook for another 2–3 minutes until the sauce is well absorbed.
- 5.Add Thai basil and stir-fry until wilted, about 30 seconds to 1 minute.
- 6.Serve hot over rice. Optionally, top with a fried egg.
