Ingredients
- - 0.5 pound pork tenderloin, cubed
- - 1 cup pineapple chunks
- - 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- - 1 teaspoon chili paste or sriracha
- - 1 teaspoon honey
- - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- - Wooden skewers, soaked in water
Instructions
- 1.Mix soy sauce, chili paste, honey, and garlic powder. Marinate pork in it for 15 minutes.
- 2.Thread pork and pineapple alternately on skewers.
- 3.Grill or bake at 200°C (400°F) for 10–15 minutes, turning once, until cooked through.
- 4.Serve hot with a squeeze of lime.
