Ingredients

  • - 0.5 pound pork tenderloin, cubed
  • - 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • - 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • - 1 teaspoon chili paste or sriracha
  • - 1 teaspoon honey
  • - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • - Wooden skewers, soaked in water

Instructions

    Mix soy sauce, chili paste, honey, and garlic powder. Marinate pork in it for 15 minutes.

    Thread pork and pineapple alternately on skewers.

    Grill or bake at 200°C (400°F) for 10–15 minutes, turning once, until cooked through.

    Serve hot with a squeeze of lime.
