Ingredients

  • - 0.5 pound ground beef
  • - 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • - 1 small red chili, chopped
  • - 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • - 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • - 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • - 1 cup cooked jasmine rice
  • - 1/2 cup Thai basil leaves
  • - 1 teaspoon oil
  • - Optional: 1 fried egg for topping

Instructions

    Heat oil in a pan, sauté garlic and chili.

    Add ground beef and cook until browned.
