Ingredients
- - 0.5 pound ground beef
- - 2 cloves garlic, minced
- - 1 small red chili, chopped
- - 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- - 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- - 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- - 1 cup cooked jasmine rice
- - 1/2 cup Thai basil leaves
- - 1 teaspoon oil
- - Optional: 1 fried egg for topping
Instructions
- 1.Heat oil in a pan, sauté garlic and chili.
- 2.Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- 3.Stir in fish sauce, soy sauce, and sugar. Add basil and cook until wilted.
- 4.Serve over rice with a fried egg if desired.
