Ingredients
- - 0.5 pound ground pork
- - 2 cloves garlic, minced
- - 1 small chili, chopped (optional)
- - 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- - 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- - 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- - 1 cup fresh Thai basil leaves
- - 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
- - 1 cup steamed jasmine rice
- - 2 eggs (optional for topping)
Instructions
- 1.Heat oil in a pan. Sauté garlic and chili until fragrant.
- 2.Add pork and cook until browned. Stir in fish sauce, soy sauce, and sugar.
- 3.Add basil and stir until wilted.
- 4.Top rice with pork mixture and a fried egg if desired.
