Ingredients

  • - 2 fillets of mackerel or snapper
  • - 1 tablespoon oil
  • - 1 tablespoon sambal (chili paste)
  • - 1 clove garlic, minced
  • - 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • - 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • - 1 cup steamed vegetables or 1/2 cup cooked rice

Instructions

    Mix sambal, garlic, sugar, and lime juice into a paste.

    Brush fish with oil and grill 3–4 minutes per side.

    Brush with sambal mixture and grill for another 1–2 minutes.
