Ingredients
- - 2 fillets of mackerel or snapper
- - 1 tablespoon oil
- - 1 tablespoon sambal (chili paste)
- - 1 clove garlic, minced
- - 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- - 1 teaspoon lime juice
- - 1 cup steamed vegetables or 1/2 cup cooked rice
Instructions
- 1.Mix sambal, garlic, sugar, and lime juice into a paste.
- 2.Brush fish with oil and grill 3–4 minutes per side.
- 3.Brush with sambal mixture and grill for another 1–2 minutes.
- 4.Serve with vegetables or rice.
