Ingredients

  • - 0.5 pound pork loin, thinly sliced
  • - 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • - 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • - 0.5 teaspoon fish sauce
  • - 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • - 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • - 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • - 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
  • - 1 cup steamed jasmine rice
  • - Chopped cilantro for garnish (optional)

Instructions

    Mix oyster sauce, soy sauce, fish sauce, and sugar in a small bowl.

    Heat oil in a skillet. Add garlic and cook until golden.

    Add pork and stir-fry for 4-5 minutes until cooked through.

    Pour in sauce mixture and add black pepper. Stir well for 1-2 minutes.
