Ingredients
- - 0.5 pound pork loin, thinly sliced
- - 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- - 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- - 0.5 teaspoon fish sauce
- - 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- - 4 cloves garlic, minced
- - 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- - 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
- - 1 cup steamed jasmine rice
- - Chopped cilantro for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- 1.Mix oyster sauce, soy sauce, fish sauce, and sugar in a small bowl.
- 2.Heat oil in a skillet. Add garlic and cook until golden.
- 3.Add pork and stir-fry for 4-5 minutes until cooked through.
- 4.Pour in sauce mixture and add black pepper. Stir well for 1-2 minutes.
- 5.Serve with jasmine rice and garnish with cilantro.
