Ingredients
- - 2 white fish fillets (snapper, tilapia, or cod)
- - 1 tablespoon lime juice
- - 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- - 1 clove garlic, minced
- - 1 teaspoon chili flakes
- - 1 teaspoon soy sauce or tamari
- - 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
- - 1/2 cup sliced bell peppers
- - Aluminum foil for baking
Instructions
- 1.Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
- 2.Combine lime juice, ginger, garlic, chili, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
- 3.Place each fish fillet on foil, top with sauce and bell peppers.
- 4.Fold into sealed packets and bake for 12–15 minutes.
- 5.Open carefully and serve hot.
