Ingredients

  • - 2 white fish fillets (snapper, tilapia, or cod)
  • - 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • - 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • - 1 clove garlic, minced
  • - 1 teaspoon chili flakes
  • - 1 teaspoon soy sauce or tamari
  • - 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
  • - 1/2 cup sliced bell peppers
  • - Aluminum foil for baking

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).

    Combine lime juice, ginger, garlic, chili, soy sauce, and sesame oil.

    Place each fish fillet on foil, top with sauce and bell peppers.
