Ingredients

  • - 0.5 pound beef chuck or brisket, sliced thin
  • - 1/2 cup light coconut milk
  • - 1 tablespoon red curry paste
  • - 1/2 cup bell pepper, sliced
  • - 1/2 cup green beans
  • - 1 teaspoon fish sauce
  • - 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • - 1 cup cooked brown rice
  • - Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

    Heat a pan and cook curry paste for 1 minute.

    Add coconut milk and stir until smooth.
