Ingredients
- - 0.5 pound beef chuck or brisket, sliced thin
- - 1/2 cup light coconut milk
- - 1 tablespoon red curry paste
- - 1/2 cup bell pepper, sliced
- - 1/2 cup green beans
- - 1 teaspoon fish sauce
- - 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- - 1 cup cooked brown rice
- - Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
- 1.Heat a pan and cook curry paste for 1 minute.
- 2.Add coconut milk and stir until smooth.
- 3.Add beef, vegetables, fish sauce, and sugar. Simmer for 10 minutes.
- 4.Serve with brown rice and garnish with basil.
